Uber employed a very subtle tactic to honour Sindhu’s victory.Instead of the icon of the cabs on the app, you could see shuttlecocks which translated into Uber to move you around.
Ola, Indian taxi service provider company wanted people to catch the match. They offered coupon code SINDHU which would give the people availing rides between 5-6pm an off INR100.
Amul gave a comic tribute with Amul Poster as,” Sindhustan Hamara!” and “Shuttely Butterly Delicious” with PV Sindhu graphic image on it.
